1 General Introduction

fbazi reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age and payment method at any time. Completing KYC may be required before a withdrawal is processed. Failure to verify or providing false information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled.

4 Account Security

Keeping your fbazi account secure is your own responsibility. Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and do not share them with anyone.

• If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Use a strong and unique password that you do not use on any other site.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• fbazi will not be held responsible for any unauthorised transactions on your account unless it is proven that the fault lay within fbazi's own systems.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Funds can currently be deposited on fbazi using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the user's own name.
• Using a third-party account or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact the support team.
• fbazi does not charge any additional fees on deposits, however the payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

The user must complete their KYC verification before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• In cases of suspicious activity, fbazi may place a withdrawal on hold and request verification.
• The specified wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• fbazi reserves the right to cancel a withdrawal if evidence of fraud or cheating is found.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive up to a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, the total bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x).

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own rules and validity period, which are stated in the promotion details.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — restrictions may apply to specific games or categories.
• If the real money balance is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

6.3 VIP Program

The fbazi VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Users can move up to a higher tier based on regular gaming activity. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver and up to 1.2% at Gold.

7 Gaming Rules

All games offered on the fbazi platform are operated by third-party providers. fbazi uses SSL encryption and certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play as a safe and reliable platform.

• Game outcomes are random and no specific result can be guaranteed.
• If the outcome of a game is uncertain due to a technical error or disconnection, fbazi may void or re-credit the relevant bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbazi platform and involvement in such activities may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Cheating, fraud or attempting to manipulate outcomes by unlawful means.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated systems.
• Misusing bonuses or attempting to exploit the bonus system.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Placing bets or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform and failing to report them to fbazi.
• Discourteous behaviour towards other users or staff of the platform.

13 Account Closure & Suspension

13.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. To do so, please contact our support team. Any real money balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

13.2 Suspension or Cancellation by fbazi

fbazi may suspend or cancel a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• If cheating, fraud, or dishonest conduct is proven.
• Failure to pass age verification or if the account is proven to belong to a minor.
• A directive from law enforcement or a legal obligation.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
